2. Operating Scenarios

🔄 Loop Control – Pedestrian Priority

  • When the pedestrian push button is pressed, the system activates the green signal for pedestrians and the red signal for vehicles.
  • An underground magnetic sensor (50m from intersection) detects approaching vehicles.
  • After 5 seconds from button activation, vehicle traffic stops, and pedestrians cross safely.

📊 Congestion Management Mode

  • Automatically prioritizes pedestrians or vehicles based on real-time congestion levels.
  • Ensures smooth traffic flow and fair signal time distribution.

📡 Radar-Based Pedestrian Priority

  • Radar detects vehicles 80–100 meters from the intersection.
  • If no speeding violation is detected, vehicles pass within allocated time.
  • If speeding is detected, signal turns red for an additional 10 seconds for safety.

🔘 Simple Push Button Activation

  • Pedestrians activate the green signal by pressing a button.
  • Signal times for both sides are pre-configured.
